The term of your membership starts from the date of payment or nominated start date.
The pre-activity declaration must be completed to activate your membership.
If you have an existing medical condition, it is you are responsibility to consult with your GP and confirm you are fit to start a new exercise programme.
When signing up for a membership online, a photo will be taken on your first visit and a membership fob will be provided. ID (passport, driving licence or Garda age card) will be requested for anyone aged 16-18 years, or if a concession rate membership (e.g. over 65s) has been selected.
The Centre’s policy is not to refund, credit or transfer memberships unless under exceptional circumstances and agreed by the General Manager (see refund policy for details in full).
All patrons are responsible for producing a valid pass or membership fob when requested by the Manager on Duty.
Members may be required to submit valid ID (passport, driving licence or Garda age card) at any time during the period of their membership.
Management has the right to refuse admission to the Centre.
Management may discontinue membership if deemed appropriate, for inappropriate behaviour or acts of aggression towards staff or other centre users.
Management has the right to close the Centre at short notice to attend to urgent repairs or for health and safety reasons.
All users are politely asked to abide by the Codes of Conduct displayed throughout the Centre.
Access to the gym is not permitted during the school’s scheduled PE sessions. Please check the posters and website for days and times.
Pool access is permitted only during scheduled swimming times. Please consult the pool timetable before activating a membership.
Fitness classes are subject to change. Pre-booking is required.
Mobile Phones should not be used when operating gym equipment.
The Aqua Aerobics (AquaFit) fitness class is included in the Full Centre membership.
Filming and photography are not permitted in any areas of the Centre.
Children under 16 are not permitted in the Fitness Centre at any time.
Children should be accompanied in the Centre, including in the pool, at all times:
Children aged 5 and under must always be accompanied by an adult swimmer.
Children ages 6-10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This adult must keep their child in view at all times.
Children aged 11 years and upwards may be unaccompanied.

Management is not responsible for any articles lost, stolen, damaged or mislaid on the premises. Please use the lockers provided. Items left in lockers overnight will be removed.
It is our utmost priority to keep all facilities in perfect working order. In the rare event of a breakdown, we are committed to swiftly repairing it.
The Centre will be closed for bank holidays and public holidays. Reduced opening hours will be in place over the Christmas period and summer holidays.

The pre-activity declaration must be completed to start your casual membership or on the occasion of your first fitness centre when a Pay-as-you-go Centre user.
If you have an existing medical condition, it is you are responsibility to consult with your GP and confirm you are fit to start a new exercise programme.
All patrons are responsible for reporting to reception on entry to the Centre.
For the purposes of age verification, members may be required to submit valid Photographic ID (passport, driving licence or Garda age card) at any time.
Management has the right to refuse admission to the Centre.
Management may refuse admission if deemed appropriate, for inappropriate behaviour or acts of aggression towards staff or other centre users.

To avail of a student membership, students must produce the following:
A letter from their college stating they are a full-time student
Newpark students may provide a letter from the school reception
Photo ID, either passport, driving licence, or Garda age card

By enrolling your child/children into Newpark Activity Camp you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Your booking is confirmed once both full payment and completed digital form are received.
Submitting the digital form carries the same weight as signing the terms and conditions.
Information provided on the digital form will be used to communicate about your booking only.
We do not accept deposits
Camp bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Newpark Sports Centre.
Newpark Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel part of / or the entire programme with all payments refunded.
Newpark Sports Centre reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrolment.
Activity programmes are subject to cancellation, alteration, and re-arrangement in the event of unsuitable weather conditions, insufficient numbers or other factors which may arise that are beyond our control.
Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Children must be toilet trained to attend camp.
Any special needs, injury, allergy or illness, or other important information the camp leaders should know about, must be clearly stated on the application form.
Children who are sick or have an injury (e.g. broken arm) that would prevent them from safely participating in camp activities cannot attend can.
Children must bring a packed lunch, a drink and weather appropriate outdoor wear every day. Newpark Sports Centre encouraged a healthy packed lunch. We are a nut free camp, this included foods that may contain traces of nuts. This is all nuts not just peanuts.
Nutella and Kinder products both have high nut content. On occasion we may have to restrict other foods to facilitate children with particular allergies.
Drop off and collection times must be adhered to. Children may not be dropped off before 10am and must be collected by 3pm. Two late collections may result in cancellation of the remaining camp booking.
Children must be signed in and out each day of the Activity Camp.
Please ensure you are contactable during camp hours, or you provide staff with an alternative emergency contact.
Please advise the relevant group leader each morning of who will be collecting your child from camp. If camp staff are not aware of arrangements for collection, they will not let the child go home without first contacting the parent / guardian as listed on the camp form. This also applies to children travelling home alone.
Any medication needs to be labelled and bagged. Please give to camp co-ordinator.
If your child continually demonstrates inappropriate behaviour after guidance procedures have been followed, you will be notified and your child may be removed, suspended for a period to be determined, or excluded permanently for the camp without refund.
Lost property cannot be kept at present so please ensure you check your child’s belonging before leaving the centre.
All valuables are to be left at home. Mobile phones and other devices are not permitted on camp.
Newpark Sports Centre does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participants.
