Gym Induction Video
At Newpark Sports Centre, providing a secure workout environment is our top priority. We strongly advise all gym-goers to watch this short gym induction before using our facility. This induction video covers gym rules and safety, gym etiquette and will provide you with all the necessary information to make your visit to the centre an enjoyable and safe experience.
In-Person Gym Inductions
If you would prefer to complete an in-person gym induction, you can do so with one of our experienced fitness team staff.
These inductions are free for both members and pay-as-you-go customers and typically last 15-20 minutes.
During this time, we cover the proper set-up and safe use of our equipment. To schedule a gym induction, please reach out to Mark using the button below.
