New Year, New Fitness Classes!

Here is our upcoming fitness class timetable for 2025 with the addition of Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning classes, as well as a Wednesday morning AquaFit!

This timetable will be in place from the 6th of January.

Fitness Classes

We have a variety of fitness classes available to all our customers.

Our fitness instructors strive to ensure every class is enjoyable and structured to ensure everyone of every ability will benefit.

Classes are included as part of your Centre Membership.

The Drop-In price for non-members is:

  • €10 for Bodytone, BodyFlow, Spinning, Conditioning, Kettlebell Cardio, DanceFit

  • €6 for Ab Attack and Over-60’s class

  • €12 for Aqua Aerobics

Pre-booking is required for all classes.

Fitness Classes

  • BodyTone

    Bodyweight strength training and low-impact cardio class.

  • DanceFit

    A fun and intense cardio and fitness class delivered through dance.

  • Conditioning

    An intense fitness class involving cardio and strength exercises to strengthen & improve fitness.

  • Circuits

    A circuits class targeting lower and upper body strength as well as cardiovascular fitness.

  • Spinning

    An intense cardio workout, on the bike. Perfect to get you sweating!

  • AquaFit

    Build muscle, increase heart heath, and improve cardiovascular endurance in a low-impact environment.

  • Kettlebell Ab Attack

    Strengthen your abs and glutes with this low to moderate intensity class.

  • BodyFlow

    Improve your flexibility, balance, core strength, and joint health with this 30-minute mobility-focused class.

  • Saturday Sweat

    A Saturday morning circuits class sure to get your weekend off to a great start!

  • Kettlebell Conditioning

    A high intensity kettlebell workout.
